Lara Kassir is a certified hypnotist, a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and a personal transformation coach. She is an honors graduate of the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Los Angeles, and since 2018 she has supported members of Alcoholics Anonymous as a volunteer.
Her coaching combines guided hypnosis, Brainspotting-based focus work and practical goal-setting. Every session is tailored to the person in front of her, because people respond to different approaches and move at different speeds.
She coaches in English and French — useful for clients who think and feel most naturally in French.

Lara’s hypnosis certification (Hypnosis Motivation Institute), Brainspotting practitioner certification and coaching diploma are private credentials. She is not licensed by the State of Florida or any other state as a psychologist, mental health counselor, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, or other health care practitioner.
