Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective November 2, 2026
This policy describes how Reprogramind LLC handles consumer health data. It’s written to meet Washington’s My Health My Data Act (RCW ch. 19.373), Nevada’s consumer health data law (NRS 603A.400–.550) and similar laws, and we apply it to every client, wherever you live. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What “consumer health data” means here
Information that identifies or could reasonably be linked to you and relates to your past, present or future physical or mental health — for example, the goals you describe that touch on stress, sleep, habits or emotional patterns; consultation and intake answers; session notes; and the fact that you’ve booked or received coaching from us.
2. What we collect, and why
| Category | Why we collect it |
|---|---|
| Goals and topics you want to work on | To decide whether coaching is a good fit and plan your sessions |
| Consultation and intake answers, including whether you’re under the care of a doctor or other professional and any medications you choose to mention | To recognize when a licensed professional is the right choice instead of, or alongside, coaching |
| Session notes | To keep continuity between sessions |
| Booking history and package type | Scheduling, records and refunds |
| Your location at the time of each session | Practice rules can depend on where you are |
3. Where it comes from
Only from you — through our forms, emails, texts and conversations. We don’t buy health data or obtain it from data brokers or other third parties.
4. Who we share it with
We share consumer health data only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contracts limiting their use of it:
| Recipient | Role | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Calendly | Consultation scheduling | Booking time and answers to booking questions |
| [Scheduling platform] | Booking and client records | Intake answers, session notes, bookings |
| [Zoom / Doxy.me] | Video sessions | The fact of a session, and audio and video only while it’s live |
| [Email provider] | Client correspondence | Anything you choose to include in an email |
Stripe receives payment details but not the topics you’re working on. We do not share consumer health data with Google, Meta or any advertising network. We have no affiliates that receive consumer health data. We may disclose it where the law requires, as described in our Privacy Policy. These service providers act only as our processors. If we ever wanted to share consumer health data with anyone else, we would first ask for your separate consent.
5. We don’t sell it
We do not sell consumer health data and have no plans to. If that ever changed, we would first get your separate, signed, written authorization, as the law requires.
6. Your consent
We collect consumer health data only with your consent, or where it’s needed to provide a service you’ve asked for. We ask for that consent separately from this policy and our Terms, and separately again for sharing. Consent is never pre-checked. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@reprogramind.com; withdrawal doesn’t affect processing that already happened, but we may not be able to continue coaching without it.
7. Your rights
- Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data.
- Access it, including a list of every third party we’ve shared it with and how to contact them.
- Withdraw consent to its collection or sharing.
- Delete it. We’ll delete it from our active systems and backups and tell every service provider that received it to delete it too, except records the law requires us to keep — in which case we’ll tell you which records and why.
To make a request, email info@reprogramind.com with the subject “Health Data Request.” We’ll verify your identity and respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need one 45-day extension.
8. Appeals
If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying with the subject “Health Data Appeal.” We’ll respond in writing within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, we’ll tell you how to contact your state attorney general (for example, the Washington State Attorney General’s Office or the Nevada Attorney General).
9. No geofencing
We do not use geofencing — virtual boundaries around health care facilities — to identify or track people, collect health data, or send them messages or ads.
10. Changes
We won’t collect, use or share consumer health data for a purpose not described here without first getting your consent. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
